Rezone from Light Industrial with a Bonus Intensity Zone overlay and Office Commercial with a Bonus Intensity Zone overlay (LI-BIZ and OC-BIZ) to Light Industrial and Office Commercial with a Planned Area Development overlay (LI-PAD and OC-PAD), and Site Plan Review.
