Dollar-Limit Increase to the Term Contract for Automated Driveway Gate Operators and ADA Doors Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (Citywide)
This contract provides preventative maintenance and repair services on automated driveway gates and ADA doors at various City of Mesa facilities. Quarterly maintenance is performed on the City's automated driveway entrance/exit gate operators and annual maintenance is performed on the motorized ADA accessible motorized doors.
The Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department and Purchasing recommend increasing the dollar-limit with the DH Pace Company, by $50,000 for Year 1, from $122,000 to $172,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
