Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Industrial and Non-Industrial Electrical and Process/SCADA Equipment, Parts, Supplies and Services for various Citywide Departments (Citywide)
This contract will provide electrical process/SCADA controls, equipment, parts, supplies and tools to be used to maintain critical electrical infrastructure for water and wastewater sites for the Water Resources Department. Other departments may also use this contract for their purchases of electrical equipment, parts and supplies.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the qualified proposals from Consolidated Electrical Distributors, dba Arizona Electrical Supply (a Mesa business); Elliott Electric Supply; Graybar Electric Company, Inc.; and Wesco, at $2,740,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
