Dollar-Limit Increase to the Term Contract for Landscape Maintenance Services for Parks, Retention Basins and Sports Fields (Zone 1) for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (Citywide)
The increase is needed to add landscaping maintenance services for Eastmark Phase III and Signal Butte Park, plus a 20% contingency.
The Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department and Purchasing recommend increasing the dollar-limit with Mariposa Landscape Arizona, Inc., by $229,947.86 for Zone 1, from $1,463,687.04 to $1,693,634.90 for Year 3, based on estimated usage.
