These kits are deployed from a tripod for emergencies and events of large gatherings such as sporting events, holiday events, protests, etc. The same KTAC camera system is also utilized by Phoenix, MCSO, Tempe, and Scottsdale; therefore, can be shared by the agencies to construct a much larger system, should one be needed.
