Use of a Cooperative Contract with an initial term of 7-Months and Renewal Options for Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Uninterruptible Power System Devices and Communication Equipment for the Transportation Department (Citywide)
This contract will allow the Transportation Department's ITS group to purchase new and replacement Uninterruptible Power Systems and related equipment for the City’s Traffic Monitoring Systems.
The Transportation Department and Procurement Services recommend authorizing the purchase using the Maricopa County Department of Transportation contract with Sierra Transportation and Technologies at $165,000.00 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
