Transportation needs to apply dust palliative/soil stabilizer to the City’s unimproved shoulders and channels to control dust and erosion. This allows the City to maintain City assets while meeting EPA environmental standards.
The Transportation Department and Procurement Services recommend awarding the contract to the single, responsive, and responsible bidder, EarthCare Consultants LLC at $543,500 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
