Dollar Limit Increase to the Term Contract for Information Technology Solutions for the Purchase of a Capital Improvement Program Project Management (CIPPM) Solution (Replacement) for the Engineering Department (Citywide)
The City’s current CIP software solution is over a decade old, and relies on outdated and depreciated technology, and has resulted in functional challenges with modern internet browsers. Without a new CIP project management solution, Engineering would have increased challenges to effectively manage projects resulting in increased staff time required, delays, and cost increases. The Kahua solution will provide a cloud-hosted CIPPM that will improve Engineering’s ability to manage CIP projects more effectively and improve communication with department customers and contractors.
