Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Slurry Seal Sand for the Transportation Department (Single Response) (Citywide)
This contract will provide slurry seal sand used by Transportation crews maintain the City’s roadways and extend the life of the pavement.
The Transportation Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the single, responsive, and responsible bidder, Calmat Co. dba Vulcan Materials Company at $1,200,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
