Located west of Power Road on the south side of Main Street (1.3± acres). Rezone from Limited Commercial (LC) to Limited Commercial with a Bonus Intensity Zone overlay (LC-BIZ), Council Use Permit (CUP), and Site Plan Review. This request will allow a change in use from a hotel to a social service facility, to allow the City to locate at the site portions of an existing, temporary housing program for people experiencing homelessness, and more specifically, for targeted populations of families, domestic violence victims, and elderly.
