Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Deceased Animal Collection Services for the Community Services Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide deceased animal pickup and proper disposal of the animal (up to 150 lbs. each) within City limits and in accordance with the standards and methods approved by the Maricopa County Health Department.
The Community Services Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, AquaCrossings at $142,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
