Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Transportation Amenity Cleaning and Repairs for the Transportation Department (Citywide)
The Transportation Department is responsible for numerous amenities including benches, bike racks, concrete pads, trash cans, etc. located along multi-use paths and pocket parks within the City’s right-of-way and a contract is necessary to address ongoing maintenance and cleaning needs.
The Transportation Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, A Mind for Detail Inc. at $117,500 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
