Amending Title 6 of the Mesa City Code (Police Regulations) by repealing Chapter 21 entitled “Fireworks”, and replacing it in its entirety with a new Chapter 21 entitled “Fireworks and Permissible Consumer Fireworks”, including changes such as, clarifying terms and definitions, revising dates and times of use and sale of permissible consumer fireworks, and updating fines and creating criminal penalties for the sale and use of prohibited fireworks.
