One-Year Term Contract with Four Years of Renewal Options for LED Traffic Signal Heads, Mounts, Push Buttons, and Hardware for the Materials and Supply Warehouse (for the Transportation Department) (Citywide)
Transportation will use these LED traffic signal heads, mounts, push buttons, and hardware to maintain and modify existing traffic signals and as a supply for the construction of new traffic signals.
The Transportation Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidders: Advanced Traffic Products, Inc.; JTB Supply Company; and McCain, Inc., at $365,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
