One-Year Term Contract with Four Years of Renewal Options for Rotary Gas Meters for the Materials and Supply Warehouse (for the Energy Resource Department) (Citywide)
This contract will provide large capacity gas meters used in the City’s natural gas distribution systems for the purpose of billing customer gas usage. These meters are for new construction projects and maintenance and repair of existing utilities. Materials and Supply place orders and maintains stock inventory as needed.
The Business Services Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, Natural Gas Solutions North America, LLC, at $531,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
