Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Recycling and Disposal of Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Devices for the Environmental Management and Sustainability Department (Single Response) (Citywide)
This contract will provide a Contractor to responsibly recycle CRT display devices collected at the City’s Household Hazardous Materials Facility. The Contractor is responsible for packaging, transportation, recycling, disposal, and receipt, of the CRT devices of varying sizes and conditions each week.
The Environmental Management and Sustainability Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the single, responsive, and responsible bidder, eGreen IT Solutions, LLC, at $100,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
