One-Year Term Contract with Four Years of Renewal Options for Residential Gas Meters, 400 Class for the Materials and Supply Warehouse (for the Energy Resources Department) (Single Response) (Citywide)
This contract will provide residential gas meters, 400 class, used for monitoring the volume of customer gas usage, and for billing of services. These meters are used for new service installations and repair work by Energy Resources - Gas Utility. Materials and Supply place orders and maintains stock inventory as needed.
The Business Services and Energy Resources Departments and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the single, responsive, and responsible bidder, Tri-Pacific Supply, Inc., at $104,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
