Purchase of a Print Shop Cutter (Replacement) for the Business Services Department (Citywide)
This purchase will provide a paper cutter to replace the Print Shop's paper cutter, which is broken beyond repair. It will be used to cut printed paper projects including direct mail, flyers and postcards, marketing collateral, and large volume cut jobs, for the City's Print Shop’s internal customers/citywide departments.
The Business Services Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. Inc., at $37,500.
