Resolution approving the modified assessment rates for the Mesa Town Center Improvement District No. 228. (District 4)
The modified rate for annual property assessments is determined by a methodology that equitably reflects the level and frequency of enhanced services to property owners necessary to support the transforming downtown, and will result in both increases and decreases in individual property assessment rates.
