Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Armored Car Services for Various City Departments (Citywide)
The City has a need of secure transport of cash and other negotiable documents for various City facilities by way of armored car services, to the City’s banking services provider. The contractor will provide armored car services, including pick-up and delivery of bank deposits to the City's banking services provider the next day.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the highest scored proposal from Brink’s Incorporated, dba Brink’s U.S., at $30,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
