Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Rotork and Halogen Actuators for the Water Resources and Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Departments (Citywide)
This contract will provide Rotork and Halogen actuators, parts, maintenance, and repair services needed to maintain critical water, wastewater, and recreational aquatic facilities infrastructure.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the responsive and responsible proposals from Chemical Feeding Technologies Inc. and TW Associates, dba MISCOwater, at $305,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
