Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a First Amendment to the Agreement to Purchase Real Property and Escrow Instructions and a revised Development Agreement with EV Development, LLC for the development of approximately 0.9± acres of property generally located at the southeast corner of Pepper Place and Robson for a mixed-use project. The Amendment and revised Development Agreement modify development compliance dates and incorporate a requirement for entering into a separate Electric Distribution Facilities Design and Construction Agreement.
