Purchase of High Availability Data Storage (Replacement) for the Department of Innovation and Technology (Citywide)
Several of the City’s data storage backup appliances have reached the serviceable end of life and need to be replaced. The requested devices are state of the art technology that will provide supportable and sustainable high availability data storage into the future.
The Department of Innovation and Technology and Purchasing recommend authorizing the purchase using the Mohave cooperative contract and the lowest quoted vendor, iT1 Source, LLC, at $273,708.78. This purchase is funded by the Department of Innovation and Technology Lifecycle Program Budget.
