Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with Superstition Fire & Medical District to provide mutual back-up ambulance services. This IGA will allow City of Mesa Fire and Medical Department and Superstition Fire & Medical District to provide back-up ambulance services across Certificate of Necessity boundaries between the two cities, upon request, when additional ambulances may be needed in each service area. (Citywide)
