This contract will establish landscape maintenance services for all applicable City facilities within Zone 6, which encompasses 24 City facilities.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the highest scored proposal from Mariposa Landscape Arizona, Inc., at $419,764 annually (includes a 20% contingency), with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
