Title: Roofing Repairs at various City Buildings (Districts 3 and 4) This project will make repairs to building that were identified as needing either a new sprayed-on seal coat or foam roof, over the existing roofs, to ensure that the buildings remain weather tight. Recommend award to the lowest bidder, Progressive Services, Inc. (DBA Progressive Roofing), in the amount of $415,300, plus an additional $41,530 (10% allowance for change orders) for a total award of $456,830. Funding for this project is from the FY 11/12 Facilities Maintenance operating budget.
