Approving and authorizing the City Manager to prepare, sign and submit applications to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to receive Entitlement Funds under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (CDBG), as amended, and approve all activities and funding allocations undertaken by non-profit organizations that meet the objectives and priorities as identified in the Consolidated Plan.
