Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Water Transmission Main Inspection Services for the Water Department (Citywide)
The Contractors will provide inspection, material testing, leak surveys, and condition assessment services for the City's water and reclaimed transmission mains services include using specialized methods required for non-destructive evaluation of concrete cylinder pipe, pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe, ductile iron pipe, welded steel pipe, and asbestos-cement pipe, and supply comprehensive analysis and reports of the findings.
An evaluation committee recommends awarding the contract to the highest scored proposal(s) of each Area/Group: Construction Product Marketing, LLC; Echologics, LLC; Pure Technologies US, Inc.; and Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, Inc.; at $500,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
