Nine-Month Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Ground Maintenance Equipment, Irrigation Parts Supplies and Repairs for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide the necessary irrigation parts, replacement equipment, new equipment purchases and repairs to support the 249 plus Motorola IRRlnet Irrigation Control Systems in the City’s parks and facilities system and also provide support for the City’s enterprise application, ICC Pro.
The Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the purchase using the Buy Board cooperative contract with Interspec LLC, at $300,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
