Use of a Cooperative Contract for the Purchase of One Sewer Line Inspection Truck (Addition) for the Fleet Services and Water Resources Departments (Citywide)
This contract will provide the Water Resources Department with an additional sewer line inspection truck to support increased workload demands and maintain continuity of operations when another truck is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or repairs. This specialized vehicle is equipped with a remotely operated camera system that allows staff to inspect sewer lines, assess pipe conditions, and identify potential issues beneath City streets.
The Fleet Services and Water Resources Departments and Procurement Services recommend authorizing the purchase using the Sourcewell cooperative contract with Dawson Infrastructure Solutions, LLC (a Mesa business) in an amount not to exceed $701,800.
