Proposed amendments to Chapters 25, 45, 50, 51, and 87 of Title 11 of the Mesa City Code pertaining to Billboards. The amendments include, but are not limited to adding a new Chapter 25: Billboard Overlay District; modifying Chapter 45 to remove Billboards as a prohibited sign type, moving definitions for Advertising for Hire Sign, Billboard, and Off-site Sign from Chapter 50 to Chapter 87, and adding a new Chapter 51: Billboards.
