Approving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Grant Pass-Thru Agreement with the City of Phoenix for a grant award of $920,000 through the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Pilot Program for Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Planning. The funding ($920,000 in FTA grant funds and a required $230,000 City match) will allow the City to fund Mesa CONNECTED, a comprehensive TOD planning program to support a possible streetcar project in an area along the Dobson Road/Southern Avenue/Country Club Drive corridor. (Districts 3 and 4)
