Eastmark Aquatic Complex - Pre-Construction Services and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) (District 6)
The scope of this portion of the Eastmark Aquatic Complex Project is to review the project design for constructability, prepare and submit cost estimates, develop construction sequencing and an efficient construction schedule, create construction phasing plans, and develop the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
Staff recommends selecting Sun Eagle Corporation as the CMAR for this project and awarding a pre-construction services contract in the amount of $136,295.00. This project is funded by 2024 Parks and Culture General Obligation (GO) Bond.
