Three-Year Term Contract with Two-Year Renewal Options for Communications Tower Support Services for the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) - Communications (Citywide)
This contract will provide qualified contractors for short notice climbing support services to repair faulty antennas and lighting systems, and additionally, a periodic inspection of the communications towers and monopoles that are located on the City’s property.
A committee representing DoIT and Procurement Services evaluated responses and recommend awarding the contract to the highest scored proposals from ADW Communications Services, Inc., Arizona West Builders and Communications, Inc., Engineering Wireless Services, LLC, and Legacy Wireless Services, Inc. at $216,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
