The City's contract spend from August 2020 through July 2021 is $1,056,262. This spend included unique purchases such as $134,000 for Personal Protective Equipment, $31,000 in water, and $297,000 in furniture. The dollar-limit increase of $210,000 for Year 1 is needed for the term ending 7/31/2021, and the dollar-limit increase of $200,000 for Years 2 through 5, will provide capacity for furniture and emergency purchases that were not included in the original estimated annual usage.
