Title: Three-Year Term Contract with Two-Year Renewal Options for Helicopter Engine Repair Parts, Repair and Overhaul Services for the Mesa Police Department (Citywide) This contract is for aviation turbine engine overhauls, repairs, modifications, furnishing parts, tooling, rental, technical assistance and labor for complete engine modules, engine components, and engine accessories for the maintenance of the Aviation Unit’s three MD Helicopters. A committee representing the Police Department and Procurement Services evaluated responses and recommend awarding the contract to the highest scoring respondent, H.E.R.O., Inc. at $700,000 for the first year and $400,000 annually thereafter, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
