Title: Warner Road Lift Station - Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) (District 6) This request is for a project change order allowance increase of $460,000 (12%) to cover unforeseen improvement costs for the pump station wet well, pumps, inlet sewer pipe, and radio communications for the project.
