An ordinance amending Mesa City Code Title 4 (Building Regulations), Chapter 5 (Mesa Plumbing Code) pertaining to the adoption by reference of the 2024 International Plumbing Code and its appendices C and E and Amendments to the 2024 International Plumbing Code. The amendments include but are not limited to: repealing in its entirety Section 4-5-1 and replacing it with a new Section 4-5-1 (Adopted by Reference); replacing Section 4-5-2 with a new Section 4-5-2 (Amendments to the 2024 International Plumbing Code); and renumbering the Penalty Clause as Section 4-5-3.
