Amendments to the Mesa Historic Preservation Design Guidelines that include, but are not limited to, Certificates of Appropriateness, Historic Districts and Landmarks, Historic Building Types and Architectural Styles, Guidelines for Preservation, Restoration and Rehabilitation and Guidelines for Additions and New Construction. The amendments have been updated to incorporate the Historic Preservation Board’s and the State Historic Preservation Office’s recommended modifications. (Citywide)
