Term Contracts with Renewal Options for Industrial Maintenance, Repair, Operating (MRO) Supplies and Services for the Water Resources Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide industrial MRO supplies and services for the City's Wastewater and Water facilities.
The Water Resources Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the purchase using the cooperative contracts with: Motion Industries, Inc. (through Sourcewell); Fastenal Company (through Sourcewell); and Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. (through Omnia Partners), at $300,000 annually based on estimated usage, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
