One-Year Renewal with a One-Year Renewal Option to the Term Contract for Library Media Materials for the Library Services Department (Citywide)
This contract provides audio books, DVDs, digital products, and other professional services such as outsourcing library materials processing from well-established wholesale suppliers for the City’s library system.
The Library Services Department and Purchasing recommend authorizing the renewal with Midwest Tape LLC; Recorded Books, Inc.; and OverDrive Inc.; at $425,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
