Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Genuine AC Delco and Motorcraft Parts for the Fleet Services Department (Citywide)
This contract will establish reliable sources for various Genuine AC Delco and Motorcraft parts used to support the maintenance and repair of the City of Mesa’s fleet of vehicles.
The Fleet Services Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidders: Elliott Auto Supply dba Factory Motor Parts; and, USD Inc., at $350,892 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
