Three-Year Term Contract with Two-Year Renewal Options for Weed Management and Landscape Services at City Water Treatment Plants for the Water Resources Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide weed management and landscape maintenance services for the City’s water treatment and reclamation plants. Services include tree and shrub trimming, removal of debris, weeds, and dead vegetation, as well as blower cleaning of walkways, entrances, and driveways.
A committee representing Water Resources and Procurement Services evaluated responses and recommend awarding the contract to the highest scored proposal from Apex Landscape Management LLC at $230,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
