Three-Year Term Contract with Two-Year Renewal Options for Special Event Management Services for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department (Citywide)
This contract is for qualified event management firms to provide support for large-scale City-sponsored events as well as to assist other departments with ceremonial functions such as grand openings for libraries, parks, and municipal facilities. The services to be rendered include on-site coordination, logistics, vendor management, and event execution support.
A committee representing the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Departments and Procurement Services evaluated responses and recommend awarding the contract to the highest scored proposals from Entertainment Solutions of Arizona, Inc., Steve LeVine Entertainment, Point to Now, and SoundSkilz, Inc. at $500,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index.
