Title: Purchase of Two Replacement Light-Duty Pickup Trucks for Energy Resources, Gas Utility (Citywide) The proposed vehicles will replace vehicles, which have met established criteria for replacement. This purchase is an additional purchase against a contract previously awarded on April 1, 2013. The vehicles that are being replaced will be retired and sold at auction. Fleet Services and Energy Resources recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Berge Ford (a Mesa business), at $47,383.50. This purchase is funded by the Replacement Extension Reserve Fund.
