Title: Setting the date and time for the public hearing on the continuation of the Mesa Town Center Improvement District No. 228 to be October 26, 2026, at 5:45 P.M. (District 4) On October 7th, 1985, the City established the Mesa Town Center Improvement District to provide enhanced municipal services for the Town Center.  Approval on October 26, 2026 would continue the Mesa Town Center Improvement District for an additional five years.
