Title: One-Year Renewal of the Term Contract for Landscape Maintenance for Parks and Retention Basins - Zone 1 for the Parks, Recreation and Commercial Facilities Department (Districts 5 and 6) This contract is for routine landscape maintenance, and furnishes all supervision, labor and equipment to provide landscape maintenance of parks and retention basins from the City's northern, southern and eastern City boundaries to Power Road; an area designated as Zone 1. Parks, Recreation and Commercial Facilities recommends authorizing a one-year renewal with Mariposa Landscape Arizona Inc., at $372,708.46 for routine landscape maintenance, plus an additional $74,542.00 for extra work, for a combined total of $447,250.46 annually, based on estimated requirements.
