Three-Year Term Contract with Two Years of Renewal Options for Traffic Signal Cabinet Components for the Transportation Department (Citywide)
This contract will supply traffic signal cabinet components, the auxiliary equipment used to enhance and augment traffic control systems.
The Transportation Department and Purchasing recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, Sierra Transportation & Technologies, LLC, at $70,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5%, or the adjusted Producer Price Index. This purchase is funded by the Local Streets Fund, Property Damage Program, and Capital Improvement Program projects.
