Three-Year Term Contract with Two-Year Renewal Options for Heavy-Duty Truck Brake and Wheel Parts for the Fleet Services Department (Citywide)
This contract will provide brake and wheel parts for the repair of heavy-duty City vehicles.
The Fleet Services Department and Procurement Services recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidders: Freightliner of Arizona, LLC; Kal Partz, Inc.; RWC International LTD; and Truck Pro, LLC; at $325,000, annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Producer Price Index.
