Two-Month Use of a Term Cooperative Contract for Original Manufacturer (OEM) Auto and Light Duty Truck Parts and Repair Services for the Fleet Services Department (Citywide)
OEM Auto and Light Duty Truck Parts and Repair services are needed to support Mesa’s fleet of sedans, light-duty trucks, and vans. The City recently published a Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a term contract for the maintenance and repair of light-duty vehicles to support Mesa’s fleet of sedans, light-duty trucks, and vans but did not receive bids from Ford OEM or GM OEM dealerships. Procurement Services will re-publish the solicitation for the OEM portion but is requesting to utilize the State of Arizona cooperative contract until a city contract can be awarded.
