Title: Two-Month Use of a Term Cooperative Contract for Original Manufacturer (OEM) Auto and Light Duty Truck Parts and Repair Services for the Fleet Services Department (Citywide) OEM Auto and Light Duty Truck Parts and Repair services are needed to support Mesa’s fleet of sedans, light-duty trucks, and vans. OEM Auto and Light Duty Truck Parts and Repair services are needed to support Mesa’s fleet of sedans, light-duty trucks, and vans. The Fleet Services Department and Procurement Services recommend awarding the contract to Courtesy Auto of Mesa (a Mesa business), Don Sanderson Ford, Earnhardt Ford, Earnhart Gilbert Dodge, Inc., Midway Chevrolet, Sands Motor Company, and Tex Chevrolet dba Earnhardt Chevrolet, at $500,000 based on estimated requirements.
